We have state-of-the-art filling and stoppering facility for Prefill Syringes duly Approved by Local FDA. Prefill System calls for filling and stoppering system totally different than conventional method of packing of injectable in Ampoules and Vials. It calls for not only different equipment but different infrastructure such in clean room for handling aseptically sterile empty syringes for filling and stoppering.
Final packing of filled syringes either in sterilizable pouch or blister pack can be organized as per customer’s requirement.
